Kevin O'Melia

Dr. O'Melia grew up in North Plainfield , NJ. He is a graduate of Bloomsburg University and received his doctorate from New York Chiropractic College. Dr. O'Melia is a licensed nutritionist and certified nutrition specialist who provides comprehensive private nutritional counseling in the office. He wrestled for Bloomsburg University where he qualified and competed in the 1997 Division I NCAA wrestling tournament.  He is a member of the American College of Nutrition.  Dr. O’Melia is also an adjunct faculty member at Camden County College where he teaches nutrition. His background in sports contributed to his successful approach in treating athletes and weekend warriors.

My goal is to help my clients to make the healthy choices and changes they need to prevent or treat chronic disease, recover from injury, enhance their overall health and well-being and improve their quality of life. My clients benefit from my personalized approach to nutrition education and counseling and I strive to develop customized programs that play an important role in helping my clients achieve their health and wellness goals.

I specialize in individualized nutrition and lifestyle consultations to assist individuals with a wide range of issues, including disordered eating, vegetarian/vegan diets, food allergies/sensitivities, weight management and strategies for improved overall wellness. I provide education for medical conditions including high blood pressure, high cholesterol, digestive disorders, and diabetes.

In addition to individual nutrition consultations, I also offer corporate wellness services, including group presentations, individual employee sessions and body composition measurement and analysis.
