If a package is lost, we will file a claim with the post service, and we will send a replacement product only when the carrier refunds us.

97% of our parcels pass the customs with no problem. However, if your parcel gets seized by the customs, we do not offer a refund, nor do we provide a free re-shipment of your order.

Warning about Duromine delivery

Our experience shows that the customs lets Duromine freely through, unless it is the state of Victoria the place of destination.

Therefore, we should warn you about the possibility that your order can be seized by the customs. If this happens, there is nothing we can do about it. We are sorry. It means that it will not reach you, no matter how many times we send it.
